Refund & Return Policy

At UIUXLENS, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• You must contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Please do not return the item to the manufacturer.

Exchanges

We’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth and flexible. If you're not satisfied with the product you received:

• You can exchange it for the same item or choose a different product from our store.
• If the new item is more expensive, you’ll just need to pay the price difference.
• If it's cheaper, we’ll refund you the difference.
• To start an exchange, simply email us with your order number and reason for exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We’ll notify you by email whether your refund request has been approved.
• If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 15 business days.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for orders placed with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.

Delayed or Missing Refunds?

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

• Check your bank account or payment provider again.
• Contact your credit card issuer — it may take time before your refund appears.
